CrossFit

A high-intensity strength and conditioning program using functional movements. It’s designed to improve your fitness across all domains — strength, endurance, speed, agility, and more. Constantly varied, never boring.

What to expect

Expect a dynamic warm-up, skill or strength coaching, and a fast-paced workout of the day (WOD). Coaches are hands-on, and workouts are scaled to your level. It’s challenging in the best way.

Who is it for?

CrossFit can be scaled for anyone at any level! In order to jump right in, we require recent CrossFit experience, completion of our Foundations course, or a background in athletics or fitness. Contact us to find your fit.

Who is it for?

No experience required! Just bring a water bottle and a good attitude. SolFit is great for beginners or older adults.

SolFit

Our accessible alternative to CrossFit. It’s lower complexity but still high energy, using bodyweight, dumbbells, and kettlebells. SolFit dials back the technical movements while keeping the sweat and fun.

What to expect

A more straightforward, upbeat class focused on moving well and feeling great. You’ll sweat, smile, and build strength and stamina with simple tools and guided structure. No barbell, no problem.

We offer nutrition coaching to support you in feeling better (and looking different, if that’s important to you). Our approach to nutrition is for real people living normal, busy lives. We focus on balanced, sustainable changes.

There’s more to it than just workouts and nutrition. We’ll also support you to make positive changes to your sleep, recovery, and other daily habits.
