What is CrossFit?

Is CrossFit safe?
Yes! All movements are scalable to your current abilities, and our coaches help you make smart choices every step of the way.
I’ve never lifted weights before. Can I join?
Absolutely. Many of our members started from zero, and we’ll guide you through every movement safely.
Do I have to be in shape first?
Nope. You come to get in shape — and we meet you exactly where you are.
