What if I have never done Crossfit or even worked out?
CrossFit is infinitely scalable. Every workout can be modified for individuals at every stage of their fitness journey. Our Saturday Community Workouts are taken one step further, and designed to be even more accessible while ensuring everyone can still get a great workout!
How much does it cost?
Our Saturday Community Workouts are “pay-what-you-can”! Everyone deserves to experience quality programming, coaching, and a fun and challenging environment regardless of what they can afford. The suggested class fee is $20.
What do i need to bring?
Bring water and wear comfy workout clothes and athletic shoes. The class is coached and will challenge you, so come ready to learn, move, and work with others. A good attitude matters just as much as gear—show up ready to sweat, support, and grow.
